Afolabi F. Erinle
By completing a master’s degree in Applied Public Health, Afolabi developed the interest & skills to be able to research and advise on intervention policies that aim at providing the population with direct access to health care services. Afolabi has always been a strong advocate of infusing health care concepts in young and adult men/women by integrating health awareness in educational programs and conducting campaigns that would promote a sense of responsibility for a better well-being.
After attending so many conferences and seminars organised by top Health Care professionals, Afolabi recognised that he could combine his broad academic knowledge and the skills gained from his hands-on operational experience as Healthcare Improvement Officer for over 10 years with the National Health Service (NHS) and other private health sectors to train and contribute to his community.
No doubt, a career in healthcare training/assessment is an endless learning process, combining constant research and technological advancements with interpersonal interaction.
Developing and going forward in his career, Afolabi completed his teaching, assessor & Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) award qualifications.
Afolabi is an engaging, knowledgeable, and understanding trainer/assessor. Highly competent in training care managers, supervisors, care coordinators & carers in the care industry.
Also, as a First Aid for mental health instructor, Afolabi trains company staff members and the general public on becoming First Aiders for mental health by introducing Mental Health Action Plan which allows learners to provide their peers with comprehensive guidance and support for a suspected mental health condition. He is a dynamic communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts into understandable terms using creative teaching methods.
Afolabi is a registered member of many professional bodies like; the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), The Royal Society for Public Health, England (RSPH), Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS), National Back Exchange (nbe), Association of Healthcare Trainer (AoHT) e.t.c.
Afolabi is a dad to 2 lovely boys (Praise & Peace). Outside of work life, Afolabi enjoys listening to classical music, reading soul inspiring books and generally enjoys encouraging people to be the best they can be.
Deborah T. Erinle
Deborah T. Erinle BSc. (Hons) in mental health nursing is a Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) with many years of experience on secure & acute (PICU) wards within the Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. She currently works with the mental health access line. Deborah is a massive contributor to all our training materials and resources.
Deborah is a proud mother of 2 lovely boys (Praise & Peace). Outside of work life, Deborah loves listening to and singing gospel songs, spending time with her family and testing out new foods and recipes.
