Our passion and dedication to quality training and development is further demonstrated through utilising only highly qualified and experienced trainers to deliver our modules.

P&P Smart Training Ltd was launched by a dedicated couple (Afolabi & Deborah) who are learning enthusiasts, with over a decade Training & Working experience in Health & Social Care with the Lancashire Care (NHS) Foundation Trust.

P&P Smart Training Ltd is a registered training company born with a compassionate heart and a desire to enhance learners’ knowledge and skills.

 We provide innovative, high quality training which is planned, personalised and differentiated to meet the needs of learners whilst ensuring the aims and objectives of both the awarding bodies and organisation standards are met.

We provide support, encouragement and guidance to learners, ensuring appropriate feedback is given to enable them to develop and achieve their desired goals. We provide refresher training to experienced staff as well as induction training for new staff members.

We also assess learners’ knowledge & understanding of Health & Social Care skills in order to ascertain their needs. P&P Smart Training Ltd helps to develop new training materials and resources on Health & Social Care topics.

We regularly utilise feedback from learners and employers in order to consistently develop our effectiveness, impacts and standards. All our trainers also keep abreast with current developments within the Health & Social Care, which in turn influences their own on-going professional development needs making a full contribution to the team approach to learning and training.
