Therefore, we strongly rely on feedback from participants and organisations, to identify what we are doing well, and what needs improving. We see feedback as a golden opportunity to improve our practice by providing better and more personalised services. We therefore have regular quality assurance reviews to ensure you are happy with our service delivery and to meet your needs and the national standards.
We also conduct an annual survey which is sent to all our clients where applicable.
